How Do I Get the Correct Light for My Room?
Measure the ceiling height then measure the room size and give us a call so we can personally get the correct light output for the room, or if you have had enough light from a previous fitting then let us know what lamps you have had and what wattage they were to receive the same output in LED.
What If I Have a Plastered Ceiling Rose?
This can limit your choices; however, we have a huge range to choose from. We would need to know the inside diameter of where the light is fitted to the ceiling, the middle-inset part of the plastered ceiling rose, then we will be able to make sure what you choose will look amazing.
What Is Built-In LED?
If a fitting comes with built-in LED, these are usually supplied in a warm white or cool white colour only. This means if you have other lighting in the room ideally these should be the same, so all the lighting is the same colour temperature, i.e. for a lounge maybe think what colour the Christmas tree lights are?
How Long Will Built-In LED Last?
We offer the Guarantee covered by the manufacture generally most of our suppliers have over 2 years warranty some even as much as 7 years on fittings.
Do We Offer a Design Service?
Yes, we can travel to you for a fee of £180 this will be refunded upon an order being placed, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
What Happens If My Fitting Is Faulty?
We would need to know about any breakages within 3 days of you receiving the goods. Please contact the showroom by email stating what’s faulty along with supporting photography.
How Can I Get the Size of A Fitting Right?

Ok, probably the most often asked question will it look too big or too small?

I would suggest cutting a piece of cardboard out to the size of the fitting seen in the showroom, for example, if it’s 400mm then cut the cardboard to this round size. For a better idea, cut two pieces out and join them together by making a slit in one of them. This will allow you to hold it in place to see if this fills the space well or not.

How Long Will Delivery Take?
Usually, most fittings are available within 1 week apart from a few companies where the fitting come from further afield.

What If the Light Is Out of Stock?
We would let you know as soon as possible that the fitting you have ordered is out of stock and give you an expected date of arrival in our experience sometimes this can change due to freighting times.
Are Lamps Included with The Fittings?

Lamps are no longer supplied as you currently have a choice of using Led or Halogen.

LEDs run at a much lower cost on your energy bill as they do not produce as much heat as halogen, therefore, prolong the fitting due to less heat running at the base of the lamp holder meaning it won't crack or split over time. No shattered glass from breaking halogen lamps. With Led, you can choose from 3 different colours. So, to purchase LEDs may cost more, but because of the saving and lifespan, you have an overall win.
